I'll keep you in mind when I read something I really love!

Sin (and all really) - I'm bookmarking this post so that I can return to it when I manage to squeeze a half an hour of no-baby time to make it to Barnes and Nobles to restock my TBR list.
I've tried to read an LA Banks novel and couldn't get into it. I can't remember the name of it. If I look at the covers then I could probably tell you which one it was. Didn't like it. It just wasn't for me. I've never heard of Anne Bishop but I will look her up. Thanks for the tip, Tiff!

And as for the AB series or the MG series, I like MG for a different reason than I like AB. I'm not a stalkerish fan of LKH. Her books are hot, but not enough for me to fantasize about them constantly.

Yes I read LKH, that's what got me on the para binge. Well Actually, I started with Poppy Z. Brite. But she doesn't write horror anymore. Exquiste corspe is one of her best! Though that one only has para elements.

You might like LA Banks, Sin. I don't I gave up halfway through the third book it just wasn't for me, but a lot of people that like KH, LKH like her stuff.
Do you read the dresden books? not sexy but awesome para's. Jim Butcher

Also you should try the black jewels trilogy Anne Bishop. I have a feeling you will love the smokin' hot demon's in that book. like SMOKIN' HOT!

OMG. The Kerrigan! Loved him and the evil within.

Tiff, do you read LKH? Anita Blake? I must admit that I've missed the last three books, but I plan on catching back up. I heard that the Harlequin was really quite good and very reminicent of early AB.

I have to say that I picked up a L. Sands book last February just as a last minute read and enjoyed it. WAY too lighthearted for me as far as vamps go. I like my vamps served with a side of serious badass. LOL

The Outlaw Demon Wails comes out in February I think. I can't wait. After For a Few Demons More, I can't wait to see where K. Harrison takes Rachel and the gang. And I must say that as much as I love Kist. I LOVE Minias. And I have to confess that I love Al as well. I have a thing for insane demons.. it seems. LOL

Marnee Jo! If lighthearted stuff is your kind of read, you might wanna try Lyndsay Sands vamp series. They are really actually quite good. There is a vamp series by Linda Lael Miller that is decent as well. (I can't remember the titles off the top of my head right now, but I know one of them is Forever in the Night). Kim Harrison's Rachel Morgan books gave me nightmares in the beginning when Al crosses over from the demon world. But Kim Harrison is an EXCELLENT writer. So is J.R. Ward, who writes romance under the name Jessica Bird.

I kept a couple of little things I picked up when I got that book for you. I have a pin that says Bite Me and a Dark Hunter temporary tattoo. They were so cute I couldn't resist! LOL!

You're absolutely crazy if you had not kept that novel. Kerrigan has got to be one of the freaking hottest characters ever. *swoons* More so than even...dare I say...Zarek. (Zarek, I'm so sorry, baby, you know I love you.)

Now that you brought her up, I just ordered 20$ of DarkHunter stuff at Amazon!

Aha! One I actually have on the TBR. The Lords of Avalon one. And I totally admit I wouldn't have kept that one if I hadn't met Sherrilyn in person and found she is one of the sweetest people ever!
